I really liked how you included the TPACK resource in your lesson plan. That was a great idea!
You ladies were able to integrate technology over 3 times in the lesson. I liked the use of the video as your anticipatory set. I think that is a great way to grab the attention of little ones, especially in 1st grade. I also enjoyed your guided practice through a PowerPoint. That was a great addition. You also integrated technology through the differentiation for advanced students, which was an excellent idea!
The only question I have is how you would end the lesson plan. Would there be a game, video, or just a “Final Thoughts”?

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed your presentation. You guys did a really goo job setting up your PowerPoint in a way that makes it appealing. For your lesson, I think integrating games, especially in a math lesson, has many pros. Student's are usually more excited to play games than to be practicing them on paper! Nice work!
